Mr. C V Rao, popularly known as “CV”, has over 24 years of experience in the Banking and Financial services Industry with a proven track record in managing portfolio risks. He has got a unique blend of experience with a wide variety of retail banking products – secured and unsecured lending products, Investment products, Liability products and financial inclusion and cross-section of functions – Product design, Business Development and Marketing.
Mr. Sunil Rohokale has over 29 years of experience in banking and financial services, encompassing lending, asset, and wealth management. He is responsible for setting the vision for ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group and spearheads the strategy of the Group. He has strong credentials in building new businesses and leading high-performance teams.
Under his leadership, ASK Investment Managers became the largest discretionary PMS house in India, while the Private Wealth and Property Fund businesses have grown into formidable verticals. He was instrumental in driving ASK’s foray into Alternates, with the successful launch of Hedge Fund and Private Credit businesses.
Earlier in his career, he was credited with setting up ICICI Bank’s Mortgage Financing Business and served as the Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Home Finance Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Sunil plays an active role in shaping industry standards and policy. He currently serves as a Board Director at the Association of Portfolio Managers of India (APMI), has chaired SEBI’s ‘Ease of Doing Business’ (EODB) committee for portfolio managers, and is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) National Committee on Real Estate.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Pune, and a master’s degree in management from Symbiosis Institute of Management.
Mr. Monik Sameer Koticha is part of the promoter family of ASK Group – a renowned financial services group and a leading industry player in asset & wealth management.
Mr. Koticha also serves as CIO & Managing director at Fortress Holdings Pvt Ltd (Family Office of the Koticha family). He is an avid investor with a focus on bottom-up investments in the secondary markets and other growth assets. He also serves on the boards of some of the companies where he has invested to help in a strategic manner to build scale.
Mr. Koticha is responsible for the family & corporate philanthropic initiatives and is actively involved with several causes in the areas of Education, Housing & Nation Building.
Ms. Debanshi Basu is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Osmania University. She has over 21years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and audit. A Partner at Baring Private Equity India, she leads investments and portfolio management in sectors including financial services, fintech, and agri-in-puts. She has played a key role in the investment and governance of companies such as SK Finance, Nivara Home Finance, Acko, Manappuram Finance, and Muthoot Fincorp. Ms. Basu currently serves on the boards of Nivara Home Finance, SK Finance and Nehat Technologies among others. Prior to joining Baring in 2009, she was part of the founding investment banking team at Goldman Sachs India, where she worked on cross-sector M&A and capital market transactions. Earlier in her career, she was with Ernst & Young, managing statutory audits and internal control reviews.
Mr. Muthuswamy Venkata Jayaraman brings over 39 years of extensive experience across risk management, retail and corporate banking, branch operations, and foreign exchange services. He holds Master of Business Law from NLS, Bangalore, Postgraduate diplomas in Personnel Management and Banking from Annamalai University and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has also enhanced his leadership capabilities through executive education at IIM Bangalore. Most recently, Mr. Jayaraman served as the Chief Risk Officer at Fincare Small Finance Bank. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at leading financial institutions including Kotak Mahindra Bank (f-ormerly ING Vysya), ICICI Bank, Corporation Bank, and Andhra Bank.
Mr. Krishna Gopalaraman holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bombay University and a postgraduate qualification in Management from IRMA, Anand. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI.
With over 35 years of broad cross-sector experience, Mr. Gopalaraman has held key roles in reputed organizations such as Deloitte and Tech Mahindra. His consulting portfolio spans manufacturing and financial services operations, supply chain management, and the execution of capital projects and plant turnarounds.
He has successfully led consulting engagements for prominent clients including IDBI, Tata Exports, Cholamandalam (Finance), Shasun Pharma, Mahindra & Mahindra, and ACC, among others. In addition, he has driven strategic initiatives in business intelligence, data analytics, and IT-enabled transf-ormation for global Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric and ArcelorMittal.
Since 2020, Mr. Gopalaraman has been on secondment to The Global Fund in Geneva, supporting key data and analytics initiatives from India.
