To delete your Nivara Partner account data, please send an explicit email request from your registered contact details directly to: [email protected].
Required Email Information
To protect your identity and process your account removal successfully, please include the following text blocks inside your email body:
- Your Full Registered Legal Name
- Your Registered Mobile Number (used to log into the Nivara Partner App)
- Submit a formal written request via email to: [email protected] using the subject line "Data Deletion Request — [Insert Your Registered Mobile Number]".
Data Scope & Processing Timelines
- We will verify your identity within 3 business days and execute all eligible erasures across our live systems within 30 days. You will receive an official deletion confirmation certificate once complete.
- Historical loan lead data collected via the platform may be securely archived exclusively to comply with local financial records retention laws and regulatory guidelines in India.
